first commit...I mean blog post
Since I started my career in web development over 3 years ago, I've repeatedly expressed the desire to build a personal site, a place where I could showcase my work and provide at least a small snippet of proof that I know how to make things with code, and to actually build something in React that I can show to others. The journey has finally begun and it's really been a lot of fun. This site is built on React/Next and has a Node/Express back-end. It's currently very early in the Work-in-Progress phase but I look forward to adding to it, and continuing to learn new things along the way. I'll try to share some of the things I learn in an effort to help others who are also fairly new to some of the languages, libraries, and frameworks that I'm using. Thanks for stopping by!
